Vizcaya Gardens
Venice...or the Venitian in Las Vegas? No. It seems this is a popular theme here too. This is the back of the estate which overlooks the bay. It also has a permanent cement ship docked about 100ft from the back steps and a canal system for his guest's gondola rides. Couldn't take photos inside the huge estate, but let's just say it was over the top...and not in a good way! His designer mixed so many styles it could give you a migraine! Don't get me wrong, it was a feast for the eyes; but it felt like he was trying too hard. The gardens were green and lush, not many flowers though. It seems to be a popular place for Quinceañeras (Hispanic celebration of a girl's 15th birthday). Pretty girls everywhere!
