Later in the day we visited a house Gaudi had renovated for the Batllo family. It had the same ethereal feel of oceans, sea creatures, shells and light. Rippled glass that mimicked being underwater; arches and vents that allowed the sea breeze to fill the house. The scale was much more manageable than the cathedral!
