This happy guy gave us a thoroughly entertaining blacksmith demo at Antler Village, Biltmore's working farm and Winery area. Doc nonchalantly picked up smoking-hot iron with his bare hands saying, "You get used to it." Then after showing us how to step by step create a work of iron art, he proceeded to play what he called "anvil music" unbelieveably delicate and sweet.
