We went to the Corning Museum of Glass today. First photo was a huge cameo plate, made by layering white glass over blue and slowly etching away the white to create the design. Some of the pieces didn't even LOOK like glass, like the next mosaic "painting" and delicate flower. The last one was a chess set depicting the Romans against the Jews.
