This framed photo of the skyline before 911 hangs on a Brooklyn fence overlooking the new skyline. What was amazing to me was that despite the fact that it was obviously not made for outdoor use (the frame was weathered and cracked) the photo was unharmed. Someone's way of remembering and reminding.
John and I are going to the land of geysers, waterfalls, canyons, mountains and lakes. We'll be roaming with the wildlife who spend most of their year without tourists. We will be in their home. We'll be exploring the handiwork of God up close and from high peaks. Wifi has not invaded much of this land, but we will post when we can.
