Subway thoughts

So the subway system has been great. We purchased an unlimited pass and got our money's worth. For the most part however they are dirty and poorly maintained. At various stations you could see through the grime to great artistic touches. Creative tile work and wall displays, and this cute little bronze statue about 2 feet tall, one of about a dozen at this station.

If I lived here I would pick a subway line and get off at every stop just to see what it and the city above it looks like.
