Sept 8

We oriented ourselves in the city center of Barcelona, and ate a quick lunch at Pan & Co (a cross between subway and Panera). We checked into our one room apartment which is perfectly situated between 3 metro stops.
Our afternoon plans didn't go as planned, but when that happens there's always Geocaching! We found one not far away, tucked into a niche of an ancient wall.
For dinner we ate at a new place in our neighborhood called Organics. A fresh choose-your-own-toppings salad and stir fried veggies in teriyaki sauce over noodles. So good.

Our Barcelona apartment gave new meaning to the term "water closet" because the entire bathroom appeared to be a converted closet. Standing sideways, I barely had any room at all!
We almost missed the cache until I noticed a lose stone and removed it. The beer photo is specifically for son John due to his interest in beer brewing.
